Ok so we have been terrible at this I was just looking back at how long its been since we posted anything and I noticed that we started many posts in our drafts and never posted to our blog and have not been very good at keeping this thing up to date which after having just read a book called " The Power of Everyday Missionaries" I am once again committing myself to keep this thing a little more up to date than we have previously done. A few of the draft posts that we made was to let everyone know that we have moved to Ohio after applying for and receiving an assignment to be an ROTC instructor at Ohio State University. We in part made the decision to come here since my sister Brittney and brother in law Andrew live here. We really enjoy having family around which we didn't have in Texas.
Anyway some of the things that have happened since getting here to Ohio is that my sister Brittney and I received a registration slip for the CAP CITY half marathon for Christmas. So we both ran that about a month ago which was really fun I had never run a half marathon for myself I had run two back in Texas the Austin half and the San Antonio rock and roll half with Sia and so we ran it at her pace. This time I was able to run my own run. I finished in 1hr 25 min which is five minutes faster than my goal so next time I do a half marathon I would like to knock at least 10 minutes off my time maybe even more. I have now started training for the Air Force marathon in September which I am looking forward to. Sia is getting ready for a glow run though it looks like she will be walking it due to the fact that she is now pregnant with our third child which is due on December 9th. I am hoping for the baby to come two days earlier on the 7th but if history has any say it will be even earlier than that both Kelly and Robert were born a week or so before their due date so we shall see.
Kelly has spent the last month or so in a cast after breaking her leg while riding her bike she has what we hope to be her final appointment on Wednesday to get the cast off she along with the rest of the family are ready for her to get it off. We keep telling her not to put weight on it but trying to keep her still is like trying to catch a tornado with a butterfly net. Especially since her younger brother want to play with her all the time and she see's how much fun there is to have especially now that spring has come and it is starting to warm up.
One of the main reasons we want her out of the cast is that next week we will be heading back to Arizona to visit and my parents have a pool as many in Arizona do with a cast on it will be a long week for Kelly without being able to get into the pool. We are all looking forward to this visit to Arizona it has been a long time since we have been back.
Sorry about being lazy I will make another concerted effort to be better. Adios for now

The Best Weekend!!
Hey YA'LL
Where did the time and day go it has gone by so quickly. We didn't write anything in April and we are sorry for not keeping up for that month. April, all I could think of in the month of April is Paperwork!!!! During the Weekend of General Conference, as LDS(Mormons) where we listen to our beloved Prophet President Thomas S. Monson, his counselors, apostles and other general authorities for two hours; Anthony and I made an offer on a house. After months of paperwork and signing and waiting, this past Friday on May 17th we closed on a house in Columbus, Ohio...WAHOO!. To celebrate as new homeowners we took the kids to Seaworld/Aquatica
We went with one of my best friends Whitney Copeland and her kiddos and her sister. The kiddos had so much fun especially my Robert. He loves the water. He gets so excited of splashing water everywhere that is not the bathtub.
Kelly has become so big and independent that tells us where and what ride she wants to go one. Robert and Kelly loved going on this wet slide. If they could they could have gone the whole day. Robert cried a little but as soon as we said food he stopped.
One of the big rides she got to go one was the Journey to Atlantis. While standing in line she kept saying "I love roller coasters" By the time we got in the boat, she held on to me and Anthony. After we got to the bottom, I asked her "Did you like it?" She replied "No I don't like Roller Coasters". After spending several hours at Aquatica we went to Seaworld for dinner and we ran into these awesome friends
Robert and Kelly weren't sure about Telly and The count but Anthony and I sure had a blast with them. At seasworld there was a BAY of PLAY for kids. There were kid rides and also a show of Elmo and friends. The kids loved going the Blowfish, shamu ride and the carousel. Of course someone was getting tired while eating with some friends and this is what happen.
Robert had to get some zzz's in before playing again. Kelly needed a break and recharge her battery as well. Of course us parents was also happy we needed a break to just sit and enjoy the breeze. Sometimes us parents need to refuel. One of the greatest moments as parent is seeing there daughter hug one of the friendliest monster
It was amazing that Kelly had pointed out who Elmo was. She told me she wanted to hug elmo and to take her picture with Elmo. I couldn't be much happier to do that. The smile on her face is what matters. After spending 10 awesome hours at Aquatica and Seaworld we were all wiped out the kiddos had a blast and it was the first time the kiddos has played for that long. Anthony and I knew once we get in the car and start driving away that the kiddos will be sleeping.
I couldn't ask for a better weekend. In Sacrament meetings one of us would be outside with one of the kiddos. Today we only took the kiddos out once just to go to the bathroom. In Sacrament meeting today both kids were better than ever. Kelly also bless the food today all by herself. Weekend was a hit!! Until next time stay safe!

My ROCK!!
Today It is a beautiful day to play outside. The kids, dog and I went outside after breakfast and soaked in the sun that was shining down. The kids was so excited to be able to go outside. Robert and Kelly's favorite thing to do is find rocks and every time they show me a rock it gets bigger.
This particular rock that Robert is holding, Kelly wanted to hold THAT rock. Robert kept telling her "My rock". He even brought the rock inside and put it between him and Kelly watching their show on Netflix.
After they finished their show they went back out side and played with more rocks. They each found their own rock and decided to sit on it.
They sat on their rock for a little bit after I snapped this picture and they made me think of how much they love their ROCK. I reflect on how they are my ROCK. They reminded me of the prayer rock that I did when I was little and that experience reminded me how I can teach them the power of prayer. They both have their ROCK and I wouldn't doubt that they would sit with their rocks during dinner and also when they sleep tonight and in the future. They are my ROCK.

How I met my husband
Today Anthony and I have been married for 5 years. We have been friends for a long time. Let me tell a story of how we met. It was the summer of August of 1997, My family had just moved to the Island of Guam. Our first Sunday at the Barrigada Branch was quite smaller than what I was use to in wards back in Hawaii. I remember seeing the young men blessing and passing the Sacrament. Particularly I remembered Anthony a 12 year old boy passing the sacrament. That was the first time I saw him. While the sacrament is being passed we are supposed to remember our savior Jesus Christ well me being 9 years old I was in la la land and I remembered thinking in my head I want to marry a boy like him (Anthony). While I was in Primary Anthony's mom was my primary president. Later his family and my family got together once a month and have Family Home Evenings. I would get so excited just to see Anthony when my parents would say we are going to Lemons for Family Home Evening or we need to clean the house because the Lemons are coming over soon. Usually when we are with the Lemons Family he would play with my two young brothers Paul and Eku. When my mom was young women president she would have all the young women sleepover on Saturday nights and ride with us to church on Sundays. Those nights the girls would talk about how cute the boys are, when I hear they are talking about Anthony I would lay on my bed with my hear near the door and just dream about him. When I turned 14 I was so excited because I was able to go to dances. At a youth dance I remembered him walking up do me and asking if I want to dance I got all excited inside and I responded "Yes!" I don't remember the song we danced to. I wished I had. My family was getting ready to move back to Hawaii. On the morning at the Airport, we had friends come to say goodbye to us. Anthony was there too. We hugged and said goodbye.
Fastforward to 2004, I got an email from Anthony's dad name Vince. He wrote how his family is doing and asked how we were doing. At the end of the email he wrote "P.S. I wouldn't mind having you as a daughter in-law!." That time I though he was just kidding. Couple years later I had already graduated and we moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. In January 2006, Anthony's family came to Vegas. I knew he wasn't going to be there because he was on a mission in Puerto Rico for our church which was The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. His family was there and also another family we knew from Guam was there. It was like being on Guam again having Family Home Evening. The Lemons Family invited us to Mesa, Arizona for Anthony's Homecoming. My folks said yes, I got all excited again. The drive to Arizona was so exciting. The 4 hour drive all I could think of was I can date him now since I'm not a kid anymore. As soon as we got to the house I had butterflies in my stomach. I walked through the door and went to the kitchen and there he was getting up from his chair I said Hey Anthony! and went to hug him but I stepped on his toes as I did.
HERE IT COMES...
That night we were watching Harry Potter & The Goblet of Fire. I sat on the couch and he sat next to me.During the movie I felt something near my hand I looked down and it was his hands next thing we are holding hands. Then he put his arms around me by the end of the movie. He had only be home for a day and we were already holding hands. Apparently at the time he didn't know who was sitting next to him since I'm a twin he didn't know which was which. He later figured it out since I kept getting closer to him.
Running a Half Marathon together could symbolize how are long distance relationship was. In long distance running physically you are hurting but mostly you're mentally telling yourself to push through. MY long distance relationship with him was a brick wall I had to overcome and mentally telling myself to push through, he also helped me to push through when life was hard. He is such a great example to me and to our kids. Running along side with him and crossing the finish line together was such a huge accomplishment for the both of us.

That weekend my feelings for him grew stronger. The drive back home I felt that I could actually be married to him. Couple of days later after we got back home in Las Vegas, Him and a good friend of ours Kawika decided to do a road trip up to Utah. They stopped in Vegas and got to spend the night with us. We all went to the Las Vegas Strip and walked around. Anthony and I were able to talk about having a relationship.
This was when we actually started a relationship more than just friends. Since then we had a long distance relationship. Then in May of 2007 He came to Hawaii and proposed.
Then on March 8, 2008 We were sealed in the Mesa, Arizona Temple for Time and all Eternity.

Fiesta Parade/Beach 2 Bay
Ok so I know I said that I would post the day after or the day of the Fiesta Parade but I am not just realizing that I didn't. Anyway it went really well and the parade was a big success the Commander (CC) and new captain said it was really good. I really enjoyed it and only made one small mistake in my commands but it wasnt untill we were well past the reviewing stand and I called a collum right when it should have been left and they knew to go left so one small mistake the only myself and a few members of the flight knew about but there was no problem. Then in may with some people from work we did the Beach to Bay as well as Sia and another lady that we found on the internet looking for a team since one member of out team hurt is ankle and was unable to run with us. His wife still ran and he was down in Corpus Christie to help cheer the rest of us on. I ran the final leg and was able to catch out team up to a four and half hour marathon which was the distance of this relay. It was 26.2 miles long and with 6 runners everyone ran close to four miles one just a little under 4 miles. I ran 4.89 miles which was the longest of all of the legs. We all enjoyed the run, though we were all quite tired after it. It was good.

ONLY 5 MONTHS
Ok so we are not all that great at keeping this thing up todate like we would like we always say we will do it and then forget other things get in the way or are just plain lazy, which is most likely the case. So not only have I done a full marthon but Sia and I did a Half marathon in Austin in Febrary which went really well. For most of our time training for it it looked like it would take about Four hours to do the half marathon. We actually finished it in 3:21. Which is quite impressive for Sia and her first long run of that nature. As we were running it was looking like we would finish at closer to the 3 hour mark. But toward the end of the course there were a number of hills that slowed Sia down so we were just over the 3 hour mark. To say the least Sia was tired afterwards. Sia has now been going to school for 3 months now for this particular semester and is taking a flex course for math which means taking two math classes durring the semester the first in the fist half and the second in the second half. She has already finished the first on and is now working on the second course. After she finishes this semester she will offically be done with the math necessary for here degree. She has been trying to go and see the counsler about what classes she needs to take next and what not but trying to get there when they are still open is hard with when I get off work and when her class starts. Eventually it will work out. I have volunteered to be the Squadron flight commander for our fiesta parade which happens each year at fiesta time which is the end of April beginning of May time frame. Its a big celebration here in San Antonio and this will be a big milary parade on Lackland AFB. Over the last couple of weeks I had had a hard problem with some of my timing but today I got to the drill pad at 0700 in the morning had one of the TI's Trainning Instructors one of the enlisted member to train the new Air Force recuits come give me some pointers. These TI's hav been working with those of us who will be participating for the past couple of weeks. Thus far we havent had to have everyone who will be marching just those who will be in the KEY spots. I am looking forward to the actual parde which will be next wednesday the 25th so I will let everyone know how it goes. We also had an easter egg hunt on base that we took the kids to as well. Also took them to disney on Ice which they enjoyed though toward the end were getting antsy. Sia and I all went to the SPURS SUNS game last saturday which got us a free dinner which was good since the suns got beat bad not even close or worth watching at the end. Oh well free food. Any way we will definatly be updating this next wednesday see you then at the latest.

Marathon and changing times
Ok Sorry I just noticed that the last Post was the capital to coast relay. Well just as an Update two sundays ago on the 13th of November I ran my first Marathon. I ran the San Antonio Rock and Roll Marathon which is a traveling marathon and is held in different cities around the courntry. I ran it in 4 hours and 17 seconds which is about a minute slower then my sister Brittney did her marathon in Salt Lake. It was an awsome experiance which my mom came to see. She flew down on Friday and spent the weekend with us and left on Sunday evening after I had run the marathon. For those of you who dont know a marathon is 26.2 miles. Most people complain about having to drive that sort of distance and I ran it which was cool. Sia and I are now going to train for a half marathon that Sia wants to do in Austin. I think it will be fun a little easier for me since I will be running at Sia's pace but it will be fun for us to run together and to help her be able to complete this goal of hers which she has had for awhile. She was going to run a half marathon with some friends back in October but her friends backed out and so she ended up not doing it since she doesn't want to do her first one alone. So come February we are going to run the Austin half marathon. We are really looking forward to it. I hope it goes well espcially since it will be Sia's first long distance and I mean long distance run. I know she will have fun. Another update I have is that we went to the mall on Saturday just to walk around afterwards we let Kelly ride some of the rides that there usually are when you leave a store or mall or anything of the sort. Each ride was 75 cents so we spent $1.50 for her to ride the two rides. Reminded me of when I was a kid and my parents primarily my mom would give us 1 cent each and we could either ride the horse or get the microscopic peice of gum. My how times have changed there isnt anything you can by for one cent anymore and welcome to inflation of 20 years. Oh boy.
